Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Essential Supplements. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return and Refund Policy complies with the laws of the State of Florida and applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with all factory and safety seals completely intact. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any nutritional supplements or ingestible products that have been opened, used, or if the safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

4. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included. Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), Essential Supplements will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
